All our game systems and controllers come with a 30-day warranty. If an item arrives damaged or not working correctly, you may ship the item back to us at your expense. Upon receiving your return and verifying the issue was not self-caused we will ship out a replacement to you or repair the issue free of cost. We do not offer cash refunds for any products sold.
